Re: XVFB X-Virtual Frame Buffer
Xvfb is now officially supported as an Xserver extension via the latest Xserver patches for 10.20,11.00 and 11.i
it used to be on an external ftp site in depot format, I have copies of these but they would be considered unsupported now. If you require them post your email address but I would advise going the route of the ocfficial patch
One last point the official documentation that comes with the patches isn't too hot ...use the attached instead ;)

Re: XVFB X-Virtual Frame Buffer
I have been trying to run the Xserver for Xvfb also, but have had trouble seeing exactly how to do it.
Can I do it as a regular user,
without having to add entries in /etc/X11/ ?
Can you send me a copy of the
additional documentation you mentioned?
Thanks!!!
David

Re: XVFB X-Virtual Frame Buffer
see the attachment (click on the paper clip icon) on my earlier post.
fyi If you implement xvfb via the patch you shouldn't need to worry on a per user basis ....
