11.0 & 11i

I am being told that we cannot run our application on 11i only 11.0 my understanding was that 11i had some enhancments i.e. partitioning support but that our application should not be effected. Does anyone know the exact differences??

what is your application?

The partitioning refers to "hard partitioning" and will only work on servers that can support that... like the rp7410 or better.

I run both 11i and 11.0 with the same applications across the board...

Be interesting to know what they say makes it not work
