about mail server

hi
I am using sendmail and squiral webmail. My host name is ns1,donain name is abc.com. If i send mail internally it is ok, if i send outside the network it does not work.But if i send a mail from yahoo or others as root@ns1.abc.com it is ok, if i send as root@abc.com it does not work. How can i solve the problem ?
Please tell me detail a bout the solution of the problem.

Add abc.com to /etc/mail/local-host-names and restart the sendmail service.
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?

Shalom Mohammed,

Squirrelmail is a mail reader and could care less where the mail came from.

In sendmail.cf

Djabc.com


Will resovle the problem after a sendmail restart.
