Accessing Shares of Linux Domain From NT Domain

Hi,
I am having two doamin controllers one is the
linux server which authenticates all the
clients on LAN and the second is the NT
doamin.

I want to access the shared folders of my
linux domain from my NT domain.

Can I have two domains in SMB.CONF.

Please help.

Thanks,
Amit

No, samba can only be a member of a single domain.

If youw ant shares from your linux box, just set them up in your smb.conf file, and have them part of the domain.
One long-haired git at your service...

Re: Accessing Shares of Linux Domain From NT Domain

Our samba config will only allow one source.
However we do have two different samba servers for two different domains on our LAN.
Our NT domain is managing all security for the shares and folders. The only part we can not do from the NT side, is create the share. I have to create it through swat and govern it through NT.
