						Hello all Linux experts,
I need to replace my HBA Adapter due to a bad port. I know about replacing the WWPN number and such. I am not sure what I need to answer once the Linux OS detected the new HBA Adapter. I think the options are:
1. Remove the configuration
2. Keep the current configuration
3. Ignore
The server running RHAS 3.0 on Integrity server. The SAN storage that's currently connected to the server is the EVA5K.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.
Jorge

is that only HBA card in the system? or do you have another one configured and can be a standby for the defcetice?
at the SAN side the new WWN need to be updated for the correspnding zoning configyration.
