hi;
I've a proxy server in RHEL5 running on my network. i've configured another PC as a bandwidth manager with one NIC, i want to integrate this PC as a Bandwidth Manager for my local network.
please help me to do this configuration step by step.

1) What proxy manager is being used.
2) What band width management software you desire to use.
