Can someone point me to where I could find a boot disk to kickstart a DL380-G3 to RedHat WS 3.0 Update 7?

Shalom,
You must get this from Red Hat
http://www.redhat.com
Log into your account with RH, click channels and you should be able to navigate to and download the ISO.
You need disk1.

If you don't want to pay Red Hat but want their code:
http://www.centos.org
They release iso's a few days after Red Hat does, very good commmittment to quality.

As SEP has said you need disk 1. From there you can do kickstart:
linux ks=nfs::/
There is also HTTP and FTP as well.
