Hi, really I don't know, I'm new on Perl.
How can I check if the module is installed?

Re: Can't locate Date/Calc.pm in @INC

Art,
quickest way is probably:
perldoc perllocal | col -b | grep -i date

Re: Can't locate Date/Calc.pm in @INC

HI Art:

The Date::Calc module (unfortunately) isn't part of the core Perl distribution.

An easy way to verify a module's existence is to do:

# perl -MDate::Calc -e 1

...if nothing returns, then the module *is* installed. A message that begins with "Can't locate" means the module isn't installed.

Your Perl was built with 'gcc' so if you have or want to install 'gcc' you can download and install 'Date::Calc' and its dependencies from CPAN:

http://search.cpan.org/~stbey/Date-Calc-5.4/Calc.pod

Another choice would be to fetch a more recent Perl from Merijn's site. He includes 'Date::Calc' in his builds:

http://mirrors.develooper.com/hpux/

Regards!
