Re: cluster
hi,
below link explains hardware requirements for cluster
http://www.redhat.com/en_us/USA/home/solutions/clustersuite/hardware/
and below will expalin you how to configure
http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-AS-2.1-Manual/cluster-manager/
as per my knowlegde,i'm nor really sure about DL380 comes with hardware raid, if your OS recognizes you can dont need to add any additional packages as Cluster is part of ES3.

Re: cluster
For a Red Hat Cluster, you need another server and a shared storage, like an msa/eva..etc. And also, you need the Red Hat Cluster Suite software.
Most of the "failover" type of cluster services requires a shared storage. What is the type of cluster that you want to do?

Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?

Re: cluster
Shalom ryad,
To do clustering on RH 3, you need shared storage. Thats a requirment for RH3. I'm pretty certain that NFS won't work in this regard.
RH 4 clustering removes the shared storage requirement, but somehow you must sync the data between the two systems.
You do have to add the RH clustering suite to cluster with RH. That is a $499 option, last I checked.
