Compaq Deskpro 2000 5120/1080

A friend who works for a charity has been given a Compaq Deskpro 2000 5120/1080. I should like to help set it up, and to advise on upgrading (if it's possible). There's no manual, and I can't download anything for any 5120 model from the HP download site. Perhaps someone has downloaded a manual in the past and can send it? At the very least I should like to know the specification, and the year the model came out might be useful for looking in old computer magazines. Incidentally I come across the 5120/1200 frequently in ads for memory but not the 5120/1080 -- was this a temporary model?
