dl 140 g3 server gives kernel panic if nmi_watchdog is enabled

The dl 140 g3 machines gives kernel panic if nmi_watchdog is enabled. Since rhe4 has nmi_watchdog enabled by default for em64t , the system crashes in the first reboot after rhe4 installation . The only option to bbot is to disable nmi_watchdog while booting by modifying kernel parameters.

Now I would like to enable it to debug system crash issues . Any help on this is highly appreciated ..
