DL370 G6 network card not recognize on SUSE 10 SP2

I try to install Network card with PSP 8.3 without success.
I have also downloaded driver nx_nic-4.0.505-1.src.rpm same error on install.

In attachement log of installation.

Were can I found right driver or installation.
