error in booting FC2

my FC2 box isn't booting, it hangs on "Setting default Font" stage.

please help.

Try changing the boot options, so that you get more info. i.e remove the "quiet" from the boot options. (during the boot hit "a" at grub menu)

check whether the font name being displayed exists on your system.

This setting default font is called from /etc/rc.sysinit file, try booting through rescue CD and comment these lines from rc.sysinit file and see whether it boots back normally.
