Error with sense data: Current st09:00: sense key Not Ready

I'm using QL2200ISP Card with RedHat 7.1
I see the two DLT8000 drives (via SAN), but if I try to make an OmniBack backup I always get error msg.
Does anybody use this configuration?

If I were you, I would try to upgrade the kernel :

ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/updates/7.1/en/os/i686/

I use 2.4.18 :(
I don't really want to upgrade this.
I tried another module in the kernel, now I can login to fabric, but cannot see the tapes :(

QLogic 6Beta driver and 2.4.18 works
