Fiber attached Ultrium 2 drives
Can't seem to get the device files to be created. The system is RHAS 3.0. The HBA's are qlogic, the drives are LTO2 , from IBM.
I have ran the IBMtaped utility . The IBMtaped says no devices found. I know the san is mapped correctly, becauase I see the drives and robot in /proc. However, only the robot is in scsi under proc.
Am looking for a "how to" or a least a push in the right dircection for where to start. Attached is output of /proc/scsi/scsi and /proc/scsi/qla2300/0

Re: Fiber attached Ultrium 2 drives
Sounds like you have to configure your kernel to scan for multiple LUNs on a target.

Re: Fiber attached Ultrium 2 drives
I had already increased the max scsi lun to 128. However, I went ahead and tried 255 like the sun document indicates. Still same thing after reboot though.
