all the corporate data in a stolen notebook is insecure
we have enabled Encryption via EFS on all Windows XP notebooks
is there any solution for ext3/reiserfs as EFS for NTFS file system in windows ?
I mean I want to secure/encrypt the data of all laptop/notebook users.

Shalom,
Fedora 9 and 10 both offered a whole disk encryption option for the OS. A bit buggy IMO but you can count on seeing that feature available in RHEL 6 when released.
