Help with network exercise.

I installed FC4 on 4 PCs as server. I want to connect using DHCP and NIS. I understand that for such a small setup, static ip would be better but I want to learn/practice the DHCP part.

Can anyone recommend a good step-by-step book/documentation on the subject?

Thanks!

Re: Help with network exercise.

There are numerous HOWTOs available on the networking subject

I did a search on google for "networking HOWTO + fedora core 4" and lots of hits came up.

TLDP.org is the offical place for how-to documents. just remember redhat has always been a bit different.
