How to check the failed MSA60 Disk with RHEL5.3

Hi all!

Thank you for your answer. ^^

Situation :
DL160G6+MSA60 O/S RHEL 5.3 2.6.18-128.el5PAE

When MSA60 Disk was failed
I can check the "hpacucli" command and "cpqacuxe -R" or See the front of the Disk Led(Amber)
But, anyone knows how to leave a log message on the /var/log/messages file?

when RHEL 4 i was installed hpasm and detect the disk failed log on /var/log/messages
But RHEL4 didn't work

Help

My Best regards ^^

You may want to install HP System Health Application

Re: How to check the failed MSA60 Disk with RHEL5.3

Thanks Sameer Nirmal

I'm already installed hp-health-8.3.2.2-1
and use hplog command, it worked well.

Today i have disk fail on MSA60

But no log was on /var/log/messages

Is any other config to check the Smart Array Disk fail monitoring ?

Help and Thanks ^^
