How to distribute printers from HP-UX to Linux

Hello,

I've some printers configured in an HP-UX (system1) and I need to distribute them to a Linux (system2).

I know all printers configured in system1 are configured as remote on other system3, so I should make same configuration on system2 remotelly to system3.

Is there any easy way to do this? Or should I use a script?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,

Carles

Shalom Carles,

Nope, the hp-ux configurations and drivers will be quite useless on linux.

Connect the printers and configure them with system-config-printer

That will run cups

That will only work for printers Linux recognizes.

Well, I'll configure them manually.
