Hi
I have one proliant server DL380 G4 and i install Linux AS 3.0 on this server.
I don`t know how lan`s this server are team and support failovering?
Please help me

Yes, this server's NICs support bonding (== failover).

Solution
Shalom,
I recommend network bonding.
That server has a pair of broadcom nic cards that let you have the same ip address on two connections.
This provides higher availability.
The broadcom NIC will not support active-active bonding.
Depending on your switch model and configuration, you will want to coordinate this with your networking department.

Take a glance at Distributed Replicated Block Device. On Their website http://www.drbd.org/ you can find all info you need. It works quite well!
