Installing Linux Mint on Elitebook 8460p

I'm having trouble installing Linux Mint 17.2 on my Elitebook 8460p - it doesn't seem to want to boot from the Live USB.

Is there a setting I've missed in the BIOS setup?

 

Secondly, after it's installed, (hopefully!) do I have to change anything in the BIOS to enable the machine to recognise LM as trusted?
