Hi,
I have a lot of messages of this disk sdb
Its is configured by mirror.
# mdadm --detail /dev/md0
/dev/md0:
Version : 00.90.01
Creation Time : Thu Aug 23 10:56:50 2007
Raid Level : multipath
Array Size : 65514176 (62.48 GiB 67.09 GB)
Raid Devices : 2
Total Devices : 2
Preferred Minor : 0
Persistence : Superblock is persistent
Update Time : Sun Jun 8 03:03:08 2008
State : clean, degraded
Active Devices : 1
Working Devices : 1
Failed Devices : 1
Spare Devices : 0
Number Major Minor RaidDevice State
0 0 0 -1 removed
1 8 16 1 active sync /dev/sdb
2 8 0 -1 faulty /dev/sda
UUID : 58ee803d:5f151eb8:317d1b3c:1747a20b
Events : 0.3
but if I ask for /dev/sdb and /dev/sda it outs that two are failed??
#mdadm /dev/md0 -f /dev/sda
mdadm: set /dev/sda faulty in /dev/md0
# mdadm /dev/md0 -f /dev/sdb
mdadm: set /dev/sdb faulty in /dev/md0

from the output you can see 'faulty /dev/sda', so everything points to sda.

Your software mirror failed. Try and rebuild. if that does not work, replace the disk.
