Hi Admins,
We had created an automatic Installaion.
The image works fins on DL380 And Blade servers. But the same image is not running automatically on DL360 MOdel Server.
Is there any hardware limitaion for kickstart imaging.
Currenlt we are creating image on RHEL 4.0

Solution
There shouldn't be.
But a few questions to help us along:
Which update of RHEL4 are you using?
Which generation of the DL380's and DL360's are you using?
Also, what failures are you getting on the DL360's when you try doing the kickstart installation? You may need to nurse it through the 3rd and 4th VTY's to see them.

One long-haired git at your service...

Re: Kickstart Automatic Installation
Where the installation process is failing?
Kickstart is hardware indpendent, but the Red Hat version must have included in the kernel the modules/drivers for your devices (network/storage).

Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
