Re: Lexmark 1150 printer setup
the "printing finished" popup is just for you to indicate that printing has finished ok (as opposed to using cancel in there, which removes the job out of the queue, in case the printer spews out lots of garbage paper).
Given the indications you make (printer clicks), it seems you might have a purely mechanical problem. Does the printer work with another computer?
Greetings, Martin

Re: Lexmark 1150 printer setup
http://www.linuxprinting.com reports that they don't know of any good drivers for Lexmark Desk Jet printers. Thought someone might have one since there seems to be one selected by the SuSE setup process.
Thanks for your response !!

Re: Lexmark 1150 printer setup
I do not know what you exactly are looking for. I recently bought a Samsung 2151N laser printer with integrated network card and am pleased with the ease of setup and good performance.
From what I hear All-in-one printers often seem to be problematic with Linux.
Greetings, Martin
P.S. Lets see if this get censored in an hp forum ;-)
