Linux on the Omnibook XE3 GF
Hello
That's not a question, more a message. Ther is the new Mandrake 8.2 beta and it's the first distribution who support the whole Omnibook XE3. It spports the whole Intel 830 chipset...
If you like to use a other distribution, you have to compile the Xfree86 4.2 (only the 4.2 supports i830) by ur self... On the Suseserver is the new X as rpm, but I think this rpms work only with Suse.
It's only important that u use the Xfree86 4.2!
