Linux server hangs and takes time to get a SQLPlus session

Hi,

One of our server is extremely slow to get a SQLPlus session and then execute a simple command.

Intermittently it behaves perfectly but usually it hangs.

top - 22:40:35 up 19 days, 1:34, 4 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
