Loading RHEL 5 on a SAN LUN
Hello,
I have the requirement to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 on a DL380 system that has a LUN allocated from a NetApp storage device. The system is connected to NetApp via a QLogic 24xx card. I have kickstart already configured and working. I have downloaded the QLogic card driver software but not sure how to get it work with kickstart. My kickstart server is using http.
This is the boot string that I type at the boot: prompt:
boot: linux ks=http///kick_dir/ks.cfg
Note: Points will be awarded.
Thanks

What does your ks.cfg file look like?
