LVM on Redhat Linux 7.3

Does anyone know how to get hold of LVM for Redhat Linux 7.3 and install it?

I've heard mixed reports on it. Make sure you test it on a non-production system.

As a certified HP-UX geek, I'd like to see LVM become the standard on Linux. It would simplify my life since my second job is runinig a Linux based NSP.

But if you search for back posts, you'll see varying opinions when I made a use and reliability query a few weeks ago.
