mail-relay + spamassassin

hello

i configured sendmail+procmail+spamassassin to work together and it is working great on my home mail server.
i have another server that function as a mail relay to my organization Exchange server. i configured it to use spamassassin just like my working configuration at home. it seems like the server is bypassing the spamassassin and forwarding the messages.
what is the problem ?
