Netscape Address book tied up with Directory Server 4.x
Hello,
I know this question is a bit off topic, but I posted it into several newsgroups without an answer. So I would like feedback from you or hints about where I could find a possible answer. Here is my problem:
In personal Communicator's address book, I can create a distribution
list by department name. Users would like to selectively pick
individuals in department for emailing. But, any changes in this
namelist means I have to alter everyone's Communicator addr. book.
If I point it to a directory server, it would not be able to create
similiar namelist. Is there a way to have a centralized/synchronized
address book with namelist sitting on a directory server ?
Any hint will be very appreciated.
Thanks for help !
Regards.
Brian.
