Netscape connect throught internet at startup.

I have 2 systems with Linux practicaly identical, I have configured diald and
squid in both.
When I start netscape, one linux box start diald conection and i don't want
this. The other linux box works perfectly.
The netscape configuration is the same, and I don't understand what is
happening.

Some ideas?
