NFS version
Hi Frnds,
How to check the NFS version (.i.e whether it is 2/3/4)? Here r the deatils:
OS:Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 4)
kernel version: 2.6.9-42.ELhugemem
Installed NFS packages:
#rpm -qa | grep -i nfs
nfs-utils-1.0.6-70.EL4
nfs-utils-lib-1.0.6-3

If you want to know which version are you using, you should verify the mount options. As the server supports all versions, it depends of the mount options to determine which one to use. By default V3 is used (AFAIK).
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
