NIC Failure - nv_stop_tx: TransmitterStatus Remained Busy

My NIC failed with the follow messages after work for many hours. The messaes is:
divert: allocating divert_blk for eth0
eth0: forcedeth.c: subsystem: 0103c:1500 bound to 00:0a.0
divert: freeing divert_blk for eth0
divert: allocating divert_blk for eth0
eth0: forcedeth.c: subsystem: 0103c:1500 bound to 00:0a.0
eth0: no link during initialization.
eth0: link up.
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
nv_stop_tx: TransmitterStatus remained busy<7>eth0: tx_timeout: dead entries!

Have u confirmed nic is physically working in other machine by swapping.

Hello!

Try to ping yourself ip (not loopback)
Then, try the NIC into other machine.
