NICs alternation on boot RHEL5

hi all,

i have the following problem,
on a BL480c i've installed RHEL5.2, and have the networking configuration done properly, the problem i have is that everytime i reboot the server, the OS "alternate" the NICs, so eth0 becomes eth2, eth1 becomes eth3; i have to restart several times the server so it alternate again and sets eth0 with the exact mac address of the eth0
