Not able to see Ethernet contrlloer port in RHEL 5.4 64 bit

I am using following configuration:

 HP Insight Ctl Enc Bdl 8

HP Startup BladSys c7000 Encd Ntwk SVC 1

HP BL460c Blades Dual CPU Blade  

HP BL460c G6 CTO Blade 8

HP E5520 BL460c G6 FIO Kit 8

I am installing RHEL 5.4 64-bit OS in blade server. But, i am unable to see any ethernet port in the installed OS.

Please help in this regard,when i am installing Cent OS or Ubantu then i can see the ethernet ports. But for RHEL 5.4 64-bit i am unable to see any eth port.

Please execute following command to check and paste here what's your finding

1. ifconfig -a
2. dmesg
