Oracle RAC 9i on linux red hat AS 3.0 x AM64T (64 bit)

I want install Oracle 9i RAC on a linux OS using high availability.
This installation will be on two servers.
To install OCSF I need a raw device.
I want mirror this raw in two SAN. The mirror must be at OS level because I have to assure the continuity of the db service at a single point of failure.
So Oracle OCSF must continue working if a SAN get broken.
How can I configure a logical raw device mirror of two disk in a way that OCSF can work correctly?
Is there any product in GPL licenze to do this?
If no, is there any certified product?

1. mkraid /dev/md0
2. mkraid /dev/md1

The mkraid utility should be able to handle creating the raid from local disk to the SAN.

After a failure you may be need to rebuild the mirrors manually.

If after a failure you can force a check on filesystems, but this may be useless with raw patitions.
