Performance Testing

I want to do a performance testing for linux OS.Is it possible with Mercury Loadrunner???
If possible then please tell me the version no....

Mercury normally is used to load test applications such databases or application servers. What do you want to test?

Depending on what you wish to test, it should be possible to even write your own script.

Kind of depends on what you want to accomplish.
