Proliant dl380 bios f10 setup for redhat

Hi, im trying to set up red hat 6 on a server (for learning's sake) and cant get THE F10 SETUP to work. I can only boot from floppy (no cd's available) and cant switch to usb setup to perform the install- how do i install the bios? I cant find an installer on hp/compaq website...
