I'm having a system with 2 qlogic fibercards
installed. (type : QLA2340)
less /proc/scsi/qla2300/1
Host adapter:loop state=

How can I put one fibercard off-line commandline ?

I know of no OS utility that does that.
Depending on your server provider, they may provide a gui utility that lets you configure or unconfigure qlogic cards.
Last resort is qlogic's website.
Knowing the server maker would be helpful in this regard.

anyway, afaik, each card needs a driver, so if you have 2 fc's you'll have the modules loaded 2 times. to disable one of them, unload the corresponding module.
