Redhat 4.2 DL380 with SC-10 Disks.
I have a DL380 running RHEL 4.2. I've attached an SC-10 to it, but I'm unable to see the disks.
I'm unsure if I'm missing something on the OS side, the server side, or the disk side. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Re: Redhat 4.2 DL380 with SC-10 Disks.
Shalom Jason,
You may need to boot the system to get the disk recognized. This answer assumes the system was running and you added this storage after the fact.
If the disk is not configured in any way, the storage may need to be configured.
You DL380 came with a bootable cd. You may need to boot the system off this and prepare the disk on the SC-10, then boot back into Linux and then its recognized.
That is where I'd check.

Re: Redhat 4.2 DL380 with SC-10 Disks.
I gave up on the SC-10 and used another storage tray I had available. I was able to get that one working right away.
Thanks!
Jason
