RedHat 7.3 (VMWare 1.5.2) NIC Spped on DL380 G3

I have a VMWare ESX 1.5.2 server running on a DL380 G3. I have NC7770 and NC7781 NICs. How do I force the physical NICs to 100/full? I know how to do set it on the virtual NICs in the VMWare GUI console but need to know how to do it in the kernel. Thank you!

which driver do you use?

in fact, you can set 100-FD for most NICs using mii-tool and/or ethool, but if you want to use your Ethernet module parameters we need to know which driver (kernel module) do you use for NICs.
