Redhat 9 on DL380 G3

Trying to install RedHat 9 on a new DL380 G3, but once I've selected languages and 'Local CDROM' it tells me there is no Linux CD in the drive. These CD's work fine on other hardware, so I'm at a loss to explain this. Any ideas?

Check Gianluca's answer in http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=209171

You need a special floppy installation disk which contains a 'patched' installation kernel.
