Replication to Similar Proliant Boxes -DL580-G#

H/W : 2 Nos HP Proliant DL 580 Dual Core processors, and 6 GB RAM.

O/S : RHEL 4 E.S

Application : 3rd Party Application.

DataBase: Oracle Database.Offline Database Replication to another Box through Oracle Data Guard.

Requirement:
We need to have a exact offline replica of OS and Applcation Static(Binary and Configuration files) and dynamic Log and Transaction files on another Similar Box.

What is the Best method that I can Achieve this ?I do Not Mind using any third party tools like Legato or Veritas or any tool from HP through which I can Achieve this.Please advise me.

Are you using RAID on any one of them? How many HDs do you have on each system? Answer varies with the HD number and RAID setup if there is

Dear All,

Thanks for the Disk Cloning/System Cloning Suggestions provided .They all seem to be Ok.
Additionally,I need online Automated Replication of Dynamic Data (Transaction Logs and other vital Log files) to the Similar Box.
Are there any Tools through which I can Achieve this?
