Reveres Proxy server

I have configured the reverse proxy on my network. The proxy server is running in public network and FTP server is running internal network. Now if users try to ftp it works good except when download it disconnect the connection after download complete. I am using the delegate proxy server. This do not happen when when i do direct ftp to internal server. Do anybody has idea why it disconnect after download

I have never used DeleGate proxy server, but there is a good change the answer is in the manual :

Particularly, have a look at TIMEOUT=standby... option.

Otherwise, increase the level of logging of DeleGate and post the relevant excerpts of the log file.
