RH ES4 virtual boot diskette image

Has anyone created a boot diskette image for RH ES4 update 4 ?

We have a number of older HP DL 380 servers that can only do virtual diskette images via the ILO.

I've created these myself in the past, but before trying to do so again I thought I'd see if anyone else has one available.

The only options for RHEL 4 is boot from CDROM or usb pen drive.

The boot image is too big to fit on a floppy.
