My memory is a little hazzy about this, so you might have to tinker about with the kernels that you have got loaded. Also when I saw this probelm XEN was but a twinkle in a developers eye, so make sure you're not trying to use the XEN kernel too.

I'd really prefer to use RHEL/CentOS on this box, but I may have to break down and use Ubuntu server or something if I can't get by this.
