RHEL4, ServiceGuard and quourum disk

Hi,

I'm in the middle of a project that requires the use of a ServiceGuard cluster for NFS/MySQL data.

My problem is that the storage underneath the data is a EMC Clariion.

I'm running RedHat Enterprise Linux 4 and would like to use the dm-multipath module for multipathing to the storage.

I've tried to create a quourum on a /dev/mpath device but ServiceGuard keeps saying that it wants to use /dev/sdX device for quourum....

Is it possible to change the ServiceGuard scripts to use /dev/mpath devices ? Is that supported?

Thanks,
Finnur

For multipath with Clariion, Serviceguard requires the use for Powerpath.

Serviceguard checks the name of the LockLUN device and only support /dev/sdx and also support cciss devices.
