Rocky Linux SUM failed

Trying to install and setup SUM on a HPCM cluster (Rocky Linux). Im only able to inventory componets that dont need prerequisits. Once i check "Install Prerequisite components if not already installed" it fails with the following ouput. 

[ERROR] ::  :: [remotenode.cpp:538] :: Failed to copy SUM binaries to the remote node

[ERROR] ::  [serverext.cpp:4302] :: Errorcode: 5043, Error Message: Failed to copy SUM binaries to the remote node

[ERROR] ::  :: [linuxremotenode.cpp:182] :: Failed to copy sum files

[ERROR] ::  :: [node_2.cpp:151] :: Remote inventory failed. ErrorCode: 5043 and Reason: Failed to copy SUM binaries to the remote node

/var/tmp/sum has r_x privileges.

This case needs to be reviewed & requires intensive analysis from hardware related software side.

Kindly open a case with us for further investigation by our remote support engineers.

One of my suggestion would be to check whether space available at the directory "/var/tmp/sum" with full permission & use "ssh/scp" to copy the binaries.
