rocky os 9.2 버전 사용중 cpu stuck 문제

안녕하세요.

DL385 Gen10 Plus v2 서버에서 rockos 9.2 버전을 사용중입니다.

최근 운영중인 서버에서 웹 서비스가 되지 않았습니다. 핑 테스트 시 중간 중간 핑이 빠지는 증상이 나타났고 ssh 접속이 안됐습니다. 그래서 서버에 직접 콘솔을 연결했지만 화면 출력이 되지 않았습니다.

2~3회 재부팅을 하고 난 후 정상화가 되고 로그를 살펴보니 같은 CPU에 각각 다른 cpu코어에서 아래와 같은 로그가 발생하였습니다.

현재 서버는 정상작동 하고 있는데 해당 로그는 CPU에 문제가 있을 때 발생하는것인가요?

 HPE에 문의했지만 AHS 로그상에 특별한 문제는 없는 것으로 답변 받았습니다.

I am using rockos 9.2 version on DL385 Gen10 Plus v2 server.

The web service did not work on the recently running server. During the ping test, intermittent ping symptoms appeared, and ssh connection was not possible. So I connected the console directly to the server, but there was no screen output.

After rebooting 2 or 3 times, it normalized and when I looked at the logs, the following logs occurred on different cpu cores on the same CPU.

Currently, the server is operating normally, but does the log occur when there is a problem with the CPU?

I contacted HPE, but it was answered that there was no particular problem with the AHS log.

Hi There.
Seems like we would need to check the logs and maybe have a remote session to diagnose the issue further. 
It's advised to log a support case via HPE Support Center using the serial number of the server.
