sendmail masquerade on linux

sendmail masquerade on linux

Hi,
I'm try to figure out how to have all mail routed through my linx box and keep the user@company.com address while using exchange 2000. I know I can have a different email assdress ie user01@different.com and make it look like user01@company.com for sending and receiveing. I think this is masquerading.

Question: Is there a doc out there taht explains it simply? I'm still learning sendmail.

Thanks.

Hi Stephen,

The best way to learn about sendmail is to look at: http://www.sendmail.org/

Good luck,

why not using the answer from your previous posting? The same question was postet a day before, an answer was given but not feedback from your side.
Help() { FirstReadManual(urgently); Go_to_it;; }

Re: sendmail masquerade on linux

Thank you for responding I was unaware of this site. I can't wait to spend some time going browsing. I'll be assigning points in a bit. As for Ralph's question, I had issues trying to post my question and couldn't find my original posting so I did it twice.

Thanks
